Black Skies is currently in closed alpha. Playing requires both a verified account and manual approval. Your account gets you through the airlock; approval puts your name on the captain roster.

How access works

Five steps from visitor to captain.

    Create your account

    Use the sign-in button below and choose Create an account in the secure Cognito screen.

  2. 02
    Verify your email

    Enter the verification code Cognito sends to the address you registered.

  3. 03
    Apply with the same email

    Message Jeff from the contact page and include the exact email address used for your account.

  4. 04
    Wait for manual approval

    Closed alpha access is reviewed by hand. Your account remains valid while approval is pending.

  5. 05
    Sign in and launch

    Once approved, return here and sign in again to open the Unity client.
